Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Palbest Medglobal. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms exist to protect both our customers and our business, and to ensure every transaction is conducted with clarity, fairness, and professionalism. We encourage you to read them carefully before placing an order or requesting our services.

1. About Us

Palbest Medglobal is a licensed pharmaceutical wholesale and supply company operating under the Lagos State Medicine Dealers Association. We supply hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and professional distributors across Nigeria and West Africa. We are not a retail pharmacy and do not supply directly to end consumers.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

Our products and services are available exclusively to:

  • Licensed pharmacies and patent medicine dealers
  • Hospitals and clinics
  • Professional distributors and wholesalers
  • Licensed healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists

Palbest Medglobal reserves the right to request proof of professional qualification or business registration before processing any order.

3. Controlled Substances & Prescription Products

Certain products in our catalogue are classified as controlled substances or prescription-only medicines under Nigerian law. These include, but are not limited to, Pentazocine, Diazepam, and other scheduled drugs.

Purchase of such products requires the buyer to provide a valid certificate of practice, institutional letter, or other proof of legal authorisation before any transaction can be completed.

Palbest Medglobal will not process orders for controlled substances without satisfactory documentation and reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion.

4. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations issued by Palbest Medglobal remain valid for 8 hours from the time of issue. If payment or written confirmation is not received within this period, quoted prices may be revised without notice.

Prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations, exchange rates, supplier adjustments, and regulatory changes. Pricing is only guaranteed upon receipt of confirmed payment.

5. Orders & Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received or a written credit agreement has been signed by both parties.

Submitting a quotation request through our website does not constitute a confirmed order. Palbest Medglobal reserves the right to modify or cancel any order prior to payment confirmation.

6. Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability at the time payment is confirmed. Although we maintain a broad inventory, availability of specific products cannot be guaranteed.

Where a paid product becomes unavailable, customers will be offered either a suitable alternative or a full refund.

7. Minimum Order Quantities

Palbest Medglobal operates strictly on a wholesale basis. Minimum order quantities apply to all products and are communicated during quotation. Exceptions for specialty products may be approved at management's discretion.

8. Payment Terms

We currently accept:

  • Bank transfers to authorised Palbest Medglobal company accounts
  • Cash payments at our Dosunmu Street, Idumota, Lagos Island location

Goods will only be released after payment has been received and verified. Credit arrangements must be documented and signed before goods are released.

9. Delivery & Logistics

Palbest Medglobal coordinates delivery to logistics hubs serving destinations across Nigeria and West Africa, where collection is arranged by the recipient.

Delivery costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included within product pricing.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damage occurring after goods have been transferred to a third-party logistics provider.

10. Returns & Claims

Claims relating to damaged, incorrect, or short-supplied goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Returns outside this period require written approval. Returned goods must remain in their original condition and packaging. All returns are subject to inspection before replacement or refund.

11. Genuine Products Guarantee

Palbest Medglobal supplies only genuine, NAFDAC-registered pharmaceutical and medical products sourced from licensed manufacturers and marketers.

We do not deal in counterfeit, substandard, or unregistered products. Any verified defective or counterfeit product will be replaced or refunded in full.

12. Distributorship Arrangements

Distributorship opportunities are available to qualified repeat customers who satisfy our minimum monthly purchase requirements.

All distributorship agreements must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not legally binding.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, product listings, graphics, and branding, remains the property of Palbest Medglobal or their respective owners.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

Palbest Medglobal shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, product shortages, logistics failures, third-party actions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the products supplied in the relevant transaction.

15. Data & Privacy

Information submitted through our website is collected solely for processing enquiries, quotations, orders, and improving our services.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer customer information to third parties. By submitting your information, you consent to its use for these purposes.

16. Amendments

Palbest Medglobal reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising from transactions with Palbest Medglobal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
